Buzzmigo is run by GEEKCLUB LTD, registered with Companies House under company number 17458957.

What is collected
Your chosen nickname, your answer to each question, whether it was correct, the points awarded, and technical random identifiers used to reconnect your browser. Student email addresses, dates of birth and student numbers are not requested.
Who can see it
The lecturer can see nicknames, scores and exported responses. Nicknames and rankings may be shown on the projected classroom screen. Use an alias if you do not want your real name displayed.
How long it is kept
A room stops accepting joins after its session expires. The default result-retention period is 30 days, with cleanup applied when the service is next used. The lecturer can delete a session and all its participant results immediately. The reusable Buzzmigo questions are kept separately.
Security
Lecturer controls and exports require authenticated, authorised host access. Participant reconnect tokens are random and stored as hashes on the server. Live responses are not used for advertising or AI training by this application.
